This is for patients that already have a
Metabolic Balance Program plan who are looking to restart the program with some extra one on one support.
This two month program includes:
- One 30 minute Pre Appointment with Dr. Cobi (goal setting, supplement review and customization)
- Three 30 minute follow ups with Metabolic Balance Coach Kristie (Day 16, 30 and 60)
- Weekly check points with personal accountability to keep you on track
- Access to the private Facebook group filled with patients who are doing the program — this is a place to ask questions, get encourage and troubleshoot along the way.
