The Sleep Balance Testing Profile measures salivary hormones cortisol and melatonin, and urinary neurotransmitters related to sleep. This profile is ideal for individuals experiencing difficulty falling asleep, maintaining sleep, or having restless sleep. Uncovering the hormones or neurotransmitters that are out of balance and thus causing sleep issues allows for a very specific treatment plan to restore balance and therefore sleep. Hormones included in this test are: Melatoninx 4, Free Cortisol x 4, Free Cortisone x 4, Optional add-on: Epinephrine x 4 and Norepinephrine x 4. This combination test of saliva and urine can be done alone or as part of a more comprehensive hormone panel.
