Ingredients:
- 6 cups water
- 3 Tbsp. chopped ginger
- 10 chopped scallions
- 1 brick tofu, cubed
- 3 cups of bean sprouts
- 3 Tbsp. Tamari
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika or 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 head of garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Coat the inside of a wok or pan with olive oil, add all above ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
