Cashew Cream Cheese (Serves: 5-8)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup filtered or distilled water
  • 2 tbsp herbs of choice
  • 2 tbsp dill, fresh

Instructions:

  1. Soak cashews in water overnight.
  2. Pour half of the water into the blender and slowly add cashews.
  3. Season with herbs.
  4. Chill for a few hours to thicken.
