Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion halved and sliced thin
- 6 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp caraway seeds
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Sauté the onion in olive oil until soft. Add the cabbage and sauté until tender, about 3 minutes.
- Combine the other ingredients in a bowl. Add the mixture to the cabbage and stir through.
- Add salt to taste and serve hot or cold.
