Ingredients:
- 1 bunch kale, washed and chopped, rib removed
- 1 bunch chard, washed and chopped, rib removed
- 1 zucchini chopped
- 1 cup shitake or brown mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
