Each teaspoon contains: L-glutamine powder 3500 mg Deglycyrrhinized licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 500 mg Aloe leaf extract (Aloe barbardensis) 50 mg Directions: Mix about one teaspoon (4.33 g) with water or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
