Each capsule contains:
- L-Tyrosine 220mg
- Ashwaghanda (1.5%) 170mg
- Thyroid Substance 50mg
- Zinc (Citrate) 10mg
- Copper (Citrate)0.25mg
- Iodine (from Kelp) 192mcg
- Selenium 100mcg
Suggested Use:
Take 1-3 capsules per day.
