Part-Time Clinical Assistant

Location: Maple Ridge, BC

Part-Time Hours Include:

• Tuesday and Thursday: Flex your hours with approximately 4-6 hours on these days (specific days are also flexible)
• Fridays:  8:30 AM-4:00 PM
• Saturdays:  8:30 AM-1:00 PM
• Total: Approximately 20 hours per week, plus holiday/sick coverage. Flexibility in availability is essential, and trust us, it’s worth it!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience? 1-2 years of prior clinical experience is a bonus, but if you’re eager to learn, we’ve got your back with comprehensive training! This is the perfect opportunity for Personal Trainers, Nutritionists, or other healthcare enthusiasts to level up their skills!
• Tech-Savvy? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is a must!
• Customer Service Superstar? Bring your A-game because exceptional customer service skills are the key to making our patients feel right at home!

Your Adventure Awaits:

• General Reception Duties: Get ready to shine! Experience with the Jane App, QuickBooks, Outlook, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Laser Therapy: Partner with the awesome Dr. Cobi to treat and assess patients, chart, and program prescriptions. No prior experience? No worries – we’ll provide full training!
• PEMF Therapy: Team up with Dr. Cobi to assist in patient treatments and assessments. Full training is included, so you’ll feel confident and ready to make a difference!
• New services are also coming: Get ready to learn some very innovative new services and help others feel their best.
