There are two active ingredients: estriol and estradiol. Each pump contains approximately 1.0 mg of combined bio-identical human estrogens. 80% (or 0.8 mg) is estriol and 20% (0.2 mg) is estradiol. Estradiol is several times more potent than estriol.
How often should I take Estro500?
Apply one to two pumps to a clean, dry area of skin at bedtime. Estro500 can easily be applied twice daily. Just press down on the airless pump and out comes a pre-measured amount that dispenses the same amount each time. It is no mess and easily absorbable. You can also apply directly to the outer edge and inside the vagina.
Does Estro500 irritate the skin?
It is a cosmetic product and actually helps the skin. However, some people can develop a redness or irritation if the cream is always applied to the same area. It is best to rotate skin sites to minimize skin irritation.
