Ingredients:
- 4 Whole wheat tortilla shells (substitute a gluten free wrap such as brown rice, millet or teff or use large leaf lettuce)
- 2 cups cooked and diced chicken
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 cup seedless grapes (cut in half)
- 1-2 tbsp. organic mayonnaise (substitute 0% plain Greek yogurt with a squeeze of fresh lemon)
Instructions:
- Mix everything together in a bowl and spoon the mixture lengthwise into the center of the wrap. Roll the wrap and enjoy!
- This makes 4 wraps, alter the amounts to make as few or as many as you want.
