Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)
  • ½ cup sesame tahini (optional)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 2tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions:

Place all of the ingredients into food processor, etc and blend until smooth.
