Ingredients:
- 1/2 c almond butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla liquid stevia
- 1/4 c applesauce
- 1/4 c coconut oil (melted)
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 c Xylitol
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/4 c carob chips
- 1 c coconut (shredded)
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 c quinoa flakes
Instructions:
- Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Grease a square baking pan with coconut oil and add the mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
